Hi Coral, Sorry you're grieving the loss of your brother.
I often wake up feeling awful. Mostly if I wake up, feel TIRED & go BACK to sleep. Usually the first time I wake up I'm okay but after that I can feel awful. But the lure of staying cosy in bed is too tempting.
Anyway, I have found that doing this 'hold' for 4 minutes can melt away the bad feelings:
