Sunnydays, I am with you. Therapy and medication were both a big help to my anxiety levels. My doc gave me meds to take for my anxiety on an as needed basis and then he had to amend it to once nightly since I never could decide if I was anxious enough. LOL When we discuss how anxious was enough he then amended it to nightly and whoa that did help a lot. Now, with therapy going better and the meds I am so much calmer. It amazes me to think I did not realize just how bad I was until now I feel calmer. So Coral if you are not taking anything or going to therapy consider it if you are trying all the other things. I tried those and they worked for a while and then the panic attacks hit. I still get those and have xanax to take for those. It is funny how just simple routine things can provoke anxiety.

I do relate to your predicament. It took me a long time to realize that outside help was necessary.

Good luck. and let us know how it goes.

rsk
