No, don't give up.
My GP offered zyprexa, I went with risperdal to try for now. Cheaper.
We'll see.
Any chance of renting a safe video? TV can be a bit of a minefield.
Can you plan on some things to do tomorrow?
Walk somewhere for an errand.
Bake christmas cookies?
Find a friend to walk with/have coffee with.
I think its important that you have people around in a planned way. Esp if hubby going away. Can you plan so that you will have people around at regular intervals?
Keeps one from sinking down too far.
Again, you could amuse yourself with an icecube as needed.
Remind yourself, that this intensity WILL ease.
Its hard to take but you taken it before and survived.
Possibly grounding excerises? Looking at rocks, a leaf, flowers etc.
Just sitting and rocking and chanting a mantra (eg 'its OK') to yourself. This is a good one for me when I just don't know what else to do.
Phone a friend.
Goto go feed kids.
Take care,
M
