not like a list.. but i have this huge pile of letters i have written to him that include stuff like that. All either of us needs to do is refer back to the letters.
if you want an actual list, i don't see a problem with that.. maybe ask him to add to it. Another thought is to put a sentence or two next to each item. Six months from now you might not know exactly what you were getting at. My T told me how he jotted down something cryptic in a file and has yet to figure out what he was trying to make note of, even though he put exclamation points next to it. Just a thought.
