Even if you can't find a therapist -- and I do suspect there's more out there than you can see, thanks to the depression -- there may be a support group in your area that might be helpful to you. Even if the group itself doesn't perform miracles, someone in the group may know of resources in your community that would help you.
ANAD has local resource people, who maintain lists of options in your area -- things like low cost treatment. It's worth contacting them.
Also, depression/bipolar support groups are other great resources -- again, someone there is likely to know of options you may not have heard of.
Honest to God, Maxime, I promise this is true: a support group saved my life a few years ago. I am not exaggerating. Without that group, I would not be alive to care about you.
