Hi Maxime,
I can't speak from personal experience as far as undergoing therapy for an ED. However, I attended a couple of workshops about DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) for people with eating disorders. The outcomes they reported were promising. I used DBT skills training with a couple of clients with ED's, one with anorexia and one with bulimia. Though in the face of other stress and other "stuff" to talk about, it can be hard to keep a focus on the skills training part when that's what's on the agenda, once mastered, the skills do come in handy if applied outside of therapy.

Just my experience from the other end of the "couch".

Take care,

gg
