Maxime

My T is an eating disorders specialist as well as trauma/sexual abuse specialist. He knows now that I used to have an eating disorder, and he talked to me some about when I quit eating recently. I have started that again due to what is going on at home. I did eat one meal today, though. Anyway, his advice to me (because I want to lose some weight and was getting back into dysfunctional ways) was to eat six snacks each day, and I would lose weight. He has a whole program for ED people and a residential component as well. Does your current T know anything about eating disorders??? You really need to be working with someone or with a support group if there is one in your area. Maybe your T would know or could find out.
