Hi Rskontos,
I'm on Lexapro, too, it might take a few weeks to kick in, I was on 10mg for about three months, then got it upped to 15mg. I hope it helps you, it has helped me.
It's hard to have self worth when you're feeling so low, but try to think about something you do well. It doesn't have to be big, no mountain climbing, just something like for me it's taking good care of my cats. Brushing them when I don't feel like even washing my own hair my tangled up hair.
