i hate that you are feeling this badly...but sadly i am feeling similar these days. so i understand and forgive me if i cant be too encouraging.
its hard to mutter words that you're not quite believing yourself.
when did you start the lex? hopefully you will be seeing some improvement soon...but be on the lookout if you feel even worse, you could be having a advirse reaction to the AD.
and although you feel it, you are NOT small and insignificant and you ARE worth it...
pot calling kettle black here...see, it IS much easier said than done :^).
