> Hi Sunnydays,
> I hope you can carry the hopefulness of this morning around with you the rest of the day.*** Thanks, I'm doing pretty well again today. Something threw me for a loop yesterday (my childhood home that we sold 8 years ago is up for sale and there's pictures of the inside so I can see all the changes and what's the same), but I'm good today.
> You ever think about taking something to help you fall asleep? Sometimes just taking a sleeping pill for a bit can help you break the cycle of not sleeping well.
***** I actually slept very well last night. I've considered taking something, but I am incredibly scared of medication and messing with my brain chemistry and such, so it's difficult to convince myself a problem is bad enough where I might need it.

I like it because you can make it as gentle or strenuous as you want, and at least you get a good stretch even if you're not up to breaking a sweat.
