Maybe the DBT we have here is different somehow. I think my pdoc just wants to protect me. (((((my pdoc)))))

As I've said before, out of the hundreds of pdocs I know, only two are also trained therapists..

I'm not sure what therapy qualifications she has. I don't know how she treats other patients, but she mostly gives me psychotherapy. I don't think I need to see someone else. I trust her.
