I do see her more often. I see her every week now. I don't need to be put into the hospital because I don't want to kill myself. Right now I just have to continue to work at improving. My pdoc and I are taking things slowly. Right now, everyday I have to be aware of my feelings. Instead of acting out, I should figure out what I'm feeling and try to find ways to make myself feel better. I also have to go outside at least once a day. I have to go out and do something productive, like buy groceries. I will look for a job and go out everyday.
