Not when he did it. :) It was accompanied by such statements as "Well, you'll do whatever you want to do." and by an almost physical sensation of him wrenching himself away.
And I want nothing less than perfection, in whatever way I'm defining it each session - of course! (grin)
No, really, anything is better than disengaged.
