Or I'll wish for something that I'm embarrassed that I even wrote down. But when I don't write, I get overwhelmed trying to hold all the feelings and all the stories. So it is better out than in.
**Thanks daisy. I'm like that too. My journal is on computer, so i often delete that which I don't want to know. But it does feel good to write stuff. helps me ALOT.

**Ya, I finally pretty much trust my T. I actually know lots about her, and she tells me stories of her life so that I might learn. Cuz mostly i'll only REALLY listen to REAL stuff. Thats the way I learn best.
Its not all been good, but i think we mostly have got things going ok.
There's still stuff I won't tell her though.
There's still stuff I won't hear from myownself.
Take care,
