Hi Racer,
I think that Daisy's T makes sense that anger turned inward is self hatred. Expdoc said anger turned inward is depression.
You need to let that anger out. Yell. Stomp your feet. Throw yourself on the floor and have a tantrum like a two-year-old.
Please post what your T said when you feel up to it, okay?
