You pick up the pieces and make a new puzzle.

I think you talk about talking about it. And then you talk about what connections you are noticing to your behaviors now that have roots in your abuse.

You talk about your relationships and try to decide what if anything needs to change.

And then you spill again, you cry some more, you ask "why?" and "where was everyone?" and then you get mad at your therapist for not having been there. (OK -- perhaps this is just me...)

The work of telling is very hard. The work of healing is much harder.

I hope you have a good session tomorrow.
