after you spill, what's left?

ok, so once you've spilled your guts out what are you and your T supposed to talk about? what do i say to him, after i've dumped a load of cr@p on him? what is there left to say.
do you discuss it? do i ask him questions? does he ask me questions?
i guess i don't know what to say in my next session (which is tomorrow)

any advice?
