For me, there's a bill lying near the head of the couch on the last day of the month! I mail in the payment to him, and get reimbursed by insurance myself (not a lot-25 visits per year). I would find it strange to end a session by paying him right then, as often the moments of leaving bring forth strong and poignant feelings from my younger parts, which he and I both want them to express, even though I may be going out the door physically as they do!
