I think there's a difference between anxiety and anger. I sometimes think we need to access the anger and express it to process it.
But with anxiety, I can't see that it's so useful to experience it, except perhaps before a performance or an interview, where a little anxiety can help people perform better.
I dunno... I don't really feel that anxiety is constructive for me, whereas anger can be quite constructive...
