Something that works for me a lot from the book - when you want to tap into your anger, try to first pretend you are angry, and start shouting - in a car, or in your apartment when no one is there, and slowly you get very angry and then it goes away from you..
I tried it, and it works. I feel I have relieved myself of a lot of anger against my father in the past few days by screaming in the car or in the house.
