Hey, thanks for the reply.

I like the general field I'm in, but not the job I have - it's not what I had expected. I've discussed it with my boss and he knows what I'm going through, but there don't seem to be many options other than going somewhere else. I usually exercise in the AM - I'm familiar with trying to unwind afterwards and it does make a difference what time of day you work out, definitely.

Maybe after I switch jobs I'll feel better, I think that will definitely be an improvement.
