Good job for expressing yourself. What a lousy way to conduct a first session. So I'm confused because I haven't been following everything...is this the same T you are seeing Wednesday?
And yes, whoever you are seeing, it should be very clear between the two of you what the treatment frequency and anticipated duration will be, as well as what type of therapy you will be doing. I hope it becomes a safe and productive place for you.
