Has something recently happened in your life that might have caused an increase in anxiety? Are you certain it's anxiety that's causing it?

You should, first and foremost, get checked out by your MD. If there's nothing wrong with your throat, you might want to consult with a psychiatrist for something to alleviate anxiety. I've had that "lump in the throat" sensation and I know it's beyond unpleasant.
