What worked for you during the delivery, and related exams?I'll try to get someone to come. I think part of the difficulty is that childbirth and previous pelvic exams have been pretty awful. (Well, the actual birth part was fine, but the accompanying internal exams were horrible.) I pretty much decided I'd had enough of strange hands and was horrified to realize that I needed to go back for more. Argh!
