I can't tell you what you should do. But I did want to mention that although it feels like starting from scratch, you do bring what you learned with your old T into the new therapy relationship. You don't go all the way back to the beginning. But I understand it's not the same and you haven't developed a solid working relationship with this new T yet.Whatever you decide, I hope it is the best decision for you.
