Poet,

I know how hard you have been struggling. So maybe a break is OK for now. BUT, I'm worried about how much you struggle with the suicidal thoughts and I wonder if not having her support won't make those worse? You need someone to keep an eye on you, don't you think?

Maybe it is the moon and the stars right now. It seems that so many of us are starting, stopping, getting stuck, having all these dark thoughts. I'm glad we have each other.

Hang in there. There is no shame in calling her and saying, "I'll be back in two weeks. Hold my spot." Think about it. AND, if this really was your inner child having a tantrum, the adult needs to override and do what is best.

Hugs to you.

Daisy
