Dinah,
Are you mad at yourself or mad at your T for "letting you go" a bit? Do you feel resentful perhaps because there is a sense of being deprived? I admit I'm a little confused about what you are feeling right now.
Incidentally, I was feeling so hopeful about termination last week, and then at the end of the session I managed to bring up something that makes me feel right back in that middle stage. Sigh, I suppose that's normal. Not ready to move on yet...
Dinah, whatever you decide, I think you will do it in a thoughtful manner and will do what is best for you.
