Hubby has relatives in So. Cal. that we go visit. Folks there invariably ask 'why would you want to live in Texas' Hmmmmm, let's see, ok 'good jobs, cheap housing, no state income tax and it's home - need any more reasons?'
Relatives of mine are in Nothern Cal. Love it there.
