Daisy,

You've been working so hard in your therapy. If shoes or an outfit assist you in this process then I'm way for those things!

Trainings are usually not fun and kinda sloggy. Plus it is rather harsh to come down this far from your beautiful acres into the smoggy bottom of the bay. If I still could I would be guzzling vast quantities of espresso drinks to keep my body and mind going in that area.

You're in my thoughts. Just keep reaching out as honestly as you have been and before you know it you've made huge progress. Ask others for reminders of that progress as it is difficult to see from the inside at times.

Sending you kind therapy thoughts and extra kind life thoughts.
