My therapist asked me the same question. I do get headaches ocassionally, but not before or after I start to depersonalize. We talked about it and decided it had to do with remembering things from my past (that I don't want to remember), and also that performance anxiety causes it. But, the first thing she asked me was if I get migraines! You are so sharp Dinah!! :)
