I agree that you should bring this up and talk about it simply because it is worrying you.

I often get into "moods" where I consume unreasonable amounts of "junk food". Yesterday I ate the equivalent of 4 candy bars of chocolate in about 15 minutes. I will open a package of cookies, take 4 and go to the computer. 3 minutes later I get up, take 4 more and go to the computer. 3 minutes later...

I think that I tend to do this when I am feeling particularly lethargic - I keep hoping that the chocolate/sugar will give me energy. But it doesn't. It just makes me fat. Sigh. Do you think that this knowledge makes stop doing it? Nope.

You are not alone. But since it was worth a post to us, it is probably worth 3 minutes (or more) in therapy.
