The best way to identify a problem is to look at how it is affecting your life and the ones around you.

Are you altering your life for food? Are you cutting off contact with others so that you can eat alone? Are you able to differentiate between "PMS binging" (eating a lot of junk food for a few days before your period) or eating incessantly to fill a void inside that is never full?

The important thing to remember is when something is on your mind, that is a good signal that it is a worthy topic to bring up with your T. Thinking of you and let us know how things go.
