It's not hard to see your mind at all. Just do like me - misplace it. If you have ADD, you'll always be misplacing it with almost everything else in your life. Then when you find it again, take a good long look at it to make sure it really is yours (for those times when you're hanging out with other ADD firends). Maybe even take a pix of it so you can have it on record if you lose it in a public spot - you know, for those posters people put up saying "LOST - have you seen..."

In all seriousness, what gets to me the most is this mix-up of dream memory & real life memory. When under stress, my dreams become very vivid. They're about mundane matters, often enough, but my mind seems to think they're real life occurances. I have trouble telling the diff. I often ask my son "Did such 'n such really happen, or is it one of my dreams?" Very frustrating.
