I'm so often overwhelmed, lost in the swirl of my head. Can't even identify it all. Anxiety? Anger, irritation, confusion, guilt.
Had a moment of clarity (mania?) and thought I could learn to see it all and not get caught. Identify *all* the thought trains and straighten them out. Do smart cognitive therapy stuff on each and every one of them.
Nice idea. It faded. Today, the usual murk of conflicting mess.
