Yes, I highly recommend "How To Stop Worrying And Start Living" by Dale Carnegie. Situations that cause worry and stress also cause anger, and there are specific chapters on dealing with anger
(i.e. how to handle ingratitude, the high cost of getting even, and more). The book is a real classic for it's readability and sound advice, and I re-read it every now and then to get myself back on track.
