I think a book will give advice along the lines of count to ten, change your 'perception' of statements made to you, take yoga, etc.
Have you tried group? It sounds like you get angry thinking about it.
Group is highly effective for anger management because you'll have plenty of opportunities to control your anger. People will piss you off unexpectedly and that will help you learn appropriate responses. I don't think a book would change the behavior.
