Hi Dave,
I was sent to a psychiatrist to sort the meds side out and to a psychologist to sort the "head" side out.

The "head" side was definately the cause but there is *NO WAY* I could have made any progress whatsoever with the psychologist without having the good luck of finding meds that alleviated the severity of my panic and depression.

Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy [for the head] and Zyban&reboxetine have helped me a lot. I think either one by themselves would have failed miserably.
