I have no idea what she just said, nor do I know what happened. I just hear her say my name and I feel confused and try to cover and fail miserably. I have tried to meditate to calm panic attacks- the deep breathing, etc., but I am always aware of what is going on. I don't try to self-hypnotize myself, I think I would be too frightened.
