I'm sorry -- I don't mean to hijack the thread. I don't mean to turn it into being about something that it is not. Or need not be. Or whatever.
I have been thinking a lot about justice, lately.
While waiting to hear judgement from the NZ High Court.
Or what the next step will be on the way to justice.
Hopefully.
There appears to be something approximating just deserts for high level Auckland University of Technology (AUT) administrators, lately:

Not via / through the courts.
But actually Australian led.
Apparently... It's on the books... It is written in the Australian Constitution that New Zealand IS a state of Australia.
Whether New Zealand does or does not recognise or admit to that -- it's in the Australian Constitution.
So...
Doesn't that mean... That Australia has the DUTY to look after us the same as it has the DUTY to look after the other Australian States??
That includes things like not treating us like second class Australians (e.g., not allowing us HECS to study in Australia)...
Surely...
I suppose I would have to take that to court to see.
Someone. Someone maybe who is an actual lawyer. Y'know??
