Phillipa, it doesn't sound urgent to do but if you have the tummy tuck wouldn't you feel better all the way around if they could repair some of those other things to get things as back to normal as possible? I think I would. One trip to the hospital, one anesthesia episode,just makes sense to consider it all together. The TT will certainly make you feel better and that is a small price to pay for something you wanted since your 20's.
If I had confidence in the surgeon and he gave me reassurance that he couldimprovethe situation greatly, I would consider it well worth it.
But it's your body so you have to want the whole enchilada too, not just the cosmetic part, which to you is the most obvious but I wouldn't want to face anything falling out in the future when anesthesia and postop recovery will be more difficult.
That's my 10 cents worth. Good luck phillipa, what will you do???? Be brave...
