No migraines will be something to look forward to.
I had a sudden brainstorm today as I woke up with the unbelievably dry mouth I've been having lately. Yep. A symptom of perimenopause. And nothing can really be done about it.
It's awful. I dread going to bed, I can't use my cpap. It keeps me from sleeping very well. Which could be contributing to the migraines. :( During the day I can drink a lot, or chew gum. My eyes are dry too, which is making work more difficult because my eyes give out.
I can't believe that just as I'm feeling better emotionally, I get hit with all this physical stuff. I think altogether I'd rather have the emotional instability. At least I had ways to ameliorate that.
