I know what you mean :-(, and I feel for you. I spent the better part of this year having 2 and 3 periods a month! PMS once a month is bad enough, but perma-PMS is cruel and unusual punishment.Have you thought about low-dose HRT or, if not already on bc, trying a low-dose bc pill? Some of the bc pills on the market today can help with peri symptoms, in addition to regulating your period.
Sorry you are going through this. Personally, I can't wait until it's over.
