hi Sarah,
do you get cramps, crankiness, anxiety, or different symptoms? I usually get AWFUL cramps, and exercise does seem to help. Caffeine helps a bit too - if I have a soda or coffee or two, as well as 2-3 Advils before the cramps get horrible.Sometimes, though, only time helps.
How does magnesium help?
