I think you properly titled this post. You had an anxiety reaction. The fact that you produced the information later is far more relevant than what came out during that minute. There's nothing wrong with your thinking. Aphasia, the inability to name things, or produce language, doesn't apply to you. You produced after the anxiety went away.
