> Hi. Do you have night sweats every night or just during certain times of the month? Sometimes I get them in the week or so before my period.
Its not every night but I cant find a relationship between the time of the month, they did just start maybe...2 months ago. I have had a handful of nights wher eI wake up really sweating (clammy) and then a few times, like last night where I woke up in the morning with the bottom part of my legs feeling really hot verging on being sweaty (how weird?) So this is not an everynight thing but when it first happened I was like..what? But I am coming up to that time of the month, but why now? Its weird... I thought because it was winter now and I have my heat on and I have a lot of blankets on my bed, but I go to sleep feeling like I need all the blankets.

If the night sweats continue to be a problem, I think you should discuss it with your gynecologist or an endocrinologist. They can test your hormone levels (estradiol, FSH, etc.). It's best to test FSH at the beginning of the cycle, around the second, third or fourth day, I believe.ok, I will for sure be following up on this.
