Hi. Do you have night sweats every night or just during certain times of the month? Sometimes I get them in the week or so before my period.
Menopause can occur during the thirties, but it's uncommon. If the night sweats continue to be a problem, I think you should discuss it with your gynecologist or an endocrinologist. They can test your hormone levels (estradiol, FSH, etc.). It's best to test FSH at the beginning of the cycle, around the second, third or fourth day, I believe.
Have you made any dietary changes? I wonder whether some foods might make you more or less prone to night sweats.
