> Sometimes it just seems impossible to me that I will ever lose weight and keep it off. Sometimes I feel so bad about it that I don't even want to bother trying again. Then I feel like just the biggest loser, the weakest-willed person in the world. It's very depressing. Starting over again is so hard, and so daunting!
>I used to find that I defeated myself whenever I lost weight. I think part of it was weighing myself. I'd see the loss, be happy, and then gain it right back. Maybe not weighing yourself, sticking to the healthy habits, and going by how your clothes fit?
BTW, your not a "loser" or weak willed. I think that losing weight is the hardest thing to do. Even quitting cigarettes was WAY easier than losing weight. Don't give up! I wish you much success with this!
