The muscle won't turn to fat, so don't worry about that. Decreasing the weight again should do the trick.

Personally, I'm a woman who tends to bulk up pretty quick, so I have to be careful about what I do. I've learned the hard way that on anything related to the upper body, I have to keep the weights pretty low, and do enough reps to put me to sleep...
