Decreasing muscle bulk obtained from working out

Posted by Wildflower on April 29, 2005, at 12:02:36

I teach fitness classes and should know the answer but how can I decrease the bulkiness that I now have in my biceps? I recently increased my weights and I'm stronger but I don't like the look of the upper arm. It makes me look chubby versus shapely. I'll probably decrease the weights again but I don't want the muscle to turn to fat. Help!
