I got headaches when I first started Cymbalta, then they subsided after 4 weeks or so. Whenever we changed the dosage, whether up or down, I'd get the headaches again. When I had to abruptly stop the med because of high blood pressure, the headaches were tremendous and didn't respond to any OTC pain relievers.
I also get migraines and have not found that Cymbalta has affected them in any way.
